I had the pleasure of photographing Kristen & James’ wedding ceremony recently, at the breath-taking Ashton Memorial in Williamson Park, Lancaster. I have been dreaming of photographing a couple at this venue for years now so this was a dream come true for me!

I started the day capturing the atmosphere building before the ceremony, as we waited for Kristen to make her way up the isle. The sun was shining and we felt the first warmth of Spring for the year, which made this day even more memorable!

Before carrying on to their intimate reception on a boat, we all got to witness this wonderful couple officially become husband and wife. prosecco was poured, confetti was thrown, and I was in my absolute element!

We took 15 minutes to capture some beautiful portraits, making the most of the gorgeous venue and the perfect lighting for that soft, natural look that photographers are constantly hoping for.

Overall, Kristen and James' wedding ceremony at Ashton Memorial was an incredible experience for me as a photographer. The stunning location provided the perfect backdrop for capturing the beauty and emotion of the day, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it.
